Your access and use of our website is conditional upon your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
These Terms apply to all visitors and users of this website.
Products and Pricing
We sell musical instruments (recorders) mostly made of wood, accessories, and sheet music. Most items are imported from Europe. Prices may therefore change at any time and at our sole discretion.
Purchases
We currently only sell to locations within Canada.
If you wish to make a purchase through our website, you will be asked to supply pertinent personal data (i.e. name, postal address, email, phone number, and payment information) to effectuate said purchase. Doing so will imply your acceptance of the uses of said data outlined in our Privacy Policy.
Shipping
We currently only ship to Canadian addresses.
Shipping of purchased items will be effectuated as soon as possible. You will be notified as soon as an item is shipped. Shipment is carried out through Canada Post. Shipping costs are flat rates, including required signature for the more expensive items. In general shipping times vary from 2 to 7 business days, depending on your location within Canada.
Returns
Musical Instruments:
The return of musical instruments is strictly limited. As the instruments we sell are made of wood, a living material easily subject to change and misuse, we accept returns of instruments only within 14 days of purchase and upon the condition that the instrument has not been played beyond trying it out for the sound. It must not have been broken in nor overplayed (see our rules for shipments upon approval for more information), i.e. it must be in absolutely new condition.
Accessories and Sheet Music:
Accessories and sheet music may be returned within 30 days of purchase. The returned items must be in new condition, just as the customer received them. The reimbursement will be effectuated upon our receiving the returned items.
Shipping Costs:
In the event of a return, the original shipping costs are not reimbursed. The return shipping costs are also to be assumed by the customer.
Changes
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at our sole discretion. Customers with accounts on our website will be notified of any changes 30 days in advance.
